My name is Howard Brown, a Telecommunications professional with a proven record of success in the industry. I live in Manchester, England and have worked across the UK, Europe, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. I have also worked in several other foreign countries and jurisdictions namely the USA (including Hawaii), US Virgin Isles, Singapore, Jamaica and Hong Kong. More recently, I have traveled the length and breadth of England and Scotland building Fibre Exchanges for a major Telco. This was part of an FTTP rollout designed to provide Gigabit connectivity to major towns and cities.
